Council Meeting Information:

NOTE: The St. Louis County Council usually meets on Tuesday evenings at 6:30 p.m* in the County Council Chambers,1st Floor, 41 South Central Avenue in Clayton. Click on the "2019 Council Schedule" link above. The schedule indicates recess weeks and exceptions to the usual schedule.
* The only exceptions are recess weeks (3/26, 5/28, 7/9, 12/24 and 12/31); the meetings on 1/22, 1/19, 4/23 and 9/10 which will be held at 11:00 AM; the 11/26 meeting which will be held at 1:00 PM; and the 12/17 meeting which will be held at 3:00 PM

Anyone who wishes to speak during the Public Forum portion of any regular meeting of the St. Louis County Council should plan to arrive early enough at the Council Chambers to sign the Speakers List no later than 2 minutes prior to the meeting's posted start time. The sign-in list will be available outside the entrance to the Chambers and staff members will be posted there to answer any questions. Speaker sign-up will end PROMPTLY at two minutes prior to the posted start time of the meeting; no exceptions. You can only sign the Speakers List for yourself, no exceptions. Each speaker will be allotted 3 minutes to address the Council. You may also contact the Administrative Director with questions about speaking at Council meetings. (Contact information is below)
