The following violation descriptions (as they appear on the driver record) are assessed two(2) points whether a state, county or municipal violation. Note: These violations will only have points assessed if the person was operating a motor vehicle at the time of the traffic offense.  Two(2) points for each violation below:

Note: Suspended imposition of sentence convictions received under 302.725 RSMo. shall be processed accordingly if the driver was operating a commercial motor vehicle at the time she/he was stopped.

Violations noted in red or with an asterisk (*) that were committed while operating a commercial motor vehicle will be used toward CDL disqualification or revocation under 302.700-3022.780 RSMo and points are assessed against base driving priviledge under 302.302 RSMo.
