Please note that the County Council Meeting the week of June 4th will be held on June 6th (Wednesday) at 4:00 p.m. versus the traditional Tuesday 6:30 time slot.

The St. Louis County Council meets on Tuesday evenings at 6:30 p.m in the County Council Chambers, 1st Floor, 41 South Central Avenue in Clayton. The only exceptions are recess weeks (3/20 7/10, 10/30 and 12/25 and the meetings on 7/3 and 12/18 which will be held at 3 p.m.

St. Louis County received federal Neighborhood Stabilization Program funding (NSP) to purchase foreclosed or abandoned homes and to rehabilitate, resell, or redevelop these homes in order to stabilize neighborhoods and stem the decline of house values of neighboring homes.

  Real Property Sales

1. The annual real property tax sale, held by the Collector of Revenue on the fourth Monday in August;
2. Post Third Sale offerings, which may be bid on at any time;
