What can I do with the 311 mobile app?

Find answers to FAQ's without having to make a phone call. Submit a question to our contact center. Create a service request and be updated via email until it is complete. Subscribe to categories with fresh, up-to-date information for news and events throughout the County.

What is an online service request?

It is a way to secure our help without making a phone call. Download the mobile app. Create your profile. Locate the service request.  Answer a few questions, and submit the request. Service requests include potholes, high grass, park problem, street issues, trees, property maintenance, rodent problem, abandoned vehicle, restaurant sanitation, public health issue and more.

Does the new 311 Contact Center replace calling a specific department?

No.  You can still call any County Department by locating their phone number on our website.  You can also call 311 on your mobile phone to speak to a customer care agent.

What if I don't have a smartphone?

You can use the 311 app and all it's features on your desktop PC. Visit Gateway 311 Desktop App and enjoy the same features that the mobile app offers. If you have any issues or problems, call us during business hours (Mon-Fri, 8:00 - 5:00) and we can assist you.

How do I get help with the 311 mobile app?

Contact a Citizen Support Specialist by dialing 311 on your mobile phone or 314-615-7311 on either a mobile or landline phone between 8:00 - 5:00 p.m., Monday-Friday.
