On Monday, September 21, 2009, the St. Louis County Prosecuting Attorney's Office issued charges on Orlando A. Hadley, 40 years of age, of the 3800 block of Lawler, St. Louis, Missouri, 63121 for six counts of Recklessly Risk Infection of Another with HIV. Hadley is being held on a $200,000 cash only bond. A photo of Hadley is attached and can be viewed online. The above charges were issued because Hadley had numerous sexual encounters with a woman without telling the victim of his HIV status. The victim later found out that she was HIV positive. If anyone has had sexual contact with Orlando Hadley since February, 2009, they need to contact the St. Louis County Bureau of Crimes Against Persons or call the main number at 889-2341.
