On Friday, June 19, 2009, at 2:00PM, St. Louis County Police Chief Tim Fitch will be hosting a news conference to formally introduce the three newly promoted Lieutenant Colonels and three Captains. The introduction will be made at St. Louis County Police Headquarters in the Public Boardroom on the 1st floor, 7900 Forsyth Boulevard in Clayton. All recently promoted Lieutenant Colonels and Captains will be present and available for media interviews. This is an excellent opportunity for the media to familiarize themselves with the new command structure and to meet several newly assigned Commanders. St. Louis County Executive Charlie A. Dooley stated, "I fully support Chief Fitch's new promotions in the St. Louis County Police Department and I admire his leadership and vision in taking these actions."
