MEMORANDUM:

TO:		St. Louis County Planning Commission

RE:		Approval of reports for the October 5, 2009 Executive Meeting at 6:00 P.M. in the County 
Council Chambers, 41 S. Central, Clayton, MO 63105.

In accord with adopted Commission procedures, the Department of Planning has drafted written reports 
for consideration by the Commission at their October 5, 2009 Executive Meeting.  The following letter 
drafts, prepared in appropriate form for forwarding to County Council, are submitted for 
your consideration.

1.	P.C. 22-09 North County Development, L.L.C., M-3 and FPM-3 to C-8 and
FPC-8, east side of Riverview Drive approximately 2,500 feet north of Prigge Road and extending 
eastward to the Mississippi River. (The Planning Commission recommended approval by a vote 
of 6 to 0.)  

2.	P.C. 24-09 A T & T Mobilility, C.U.P. in R-2, west side of Hawkins Road 
north of San Luis Rey Parkway.

3.	P.C. 26-09 Midwest Petroleum, Amended C.U.P. in C-2, east side of 
Bellefontaine Road at Parker Road.

4.	P.C. 27-09 St. Louis County Planning Commission, A proposal to amend
the St. Louis County Zoning Ordinance pertaining to signs for large entertainment 
complexes including but not limited to casinos.
