MEMORANDUM:

TO:		St. Louis County Planning Commission

RE:		Approval of reports for the April 13, 2009 Executive Meeting at 6:00 P.M. in the County 
Council Chambers, 41 S. Central, Clayton, MO 63105.

In accord with adopted Commission procedures, the Department of Planning has drafted written reports 
for consideration by the Commission at their August 10, 2009 Executive Meeting.  The following letter 
drafts, prepared in appropriate form for forwarding to County Council, are submitted for 
your consideration.

1.	P.C. 13-09 St. Louis County Planning Commission, a proposal to amend 
the St. Louis County Zoning Ordinance pertaining to the regulation of advertising signs.

 
2.	P.C. 19-09 CIS Realty Group, L.L.C., C.U.P. in M-1, terminus of Kinark
Court, south of Meeks Road and north of the Union Pacific Railrooad right-of-way.
