MEMORANDUM:
TO: St. Louis County Planning Commission

RE: Approval of reports from the Executive Meeting of July 7, 2008 and consideration of
petitions of the Public Hearing of June 16, 2008 for the July 21, 2008 Executive Session
following the 7:00 P.M. Public Hearing in the County Council Chambers, 41 S. Central,
Clayton, MO 63105.
In accord with adopted Commission procedures, the Department of Planning has drafted written reports
for certain zoning petitions acted on by the Commission at their July 7, 2008 Executive Meeting. The
following letter drafts, prepared in appropriate form for forwarding to County Council, are submitted for
your consideration. These letters include items finally acted upon under Agenda Section V A
Consideration of Petitions of Public Hearing of June 16, 2008. In addition, two new correspondence
items are included for your review.
1. P.C. 19-08 Crown Castle GT Company, C.U.P. in R-5, south side of Weber Road, southwest of
Hildesheim Avenue (The Planning Commission granted the C.U.P. by a vote of 6 - 0).
2. P.C. 20-08 Harley J. and Raeleen Heffington, NU and FPNU to R-1A and FPR-1A, southeast
quadrant of Barrett Station Road and Dougherty Ferry road at the terminus of Old Dougherty
Ferry Road (The Planning Commission recommended denial by a vote of 6 - 0). This matter was held by the
Planning Commission at the July 21, 2008 Executive Session.
3. Correspondence dated July 8, 2008 from Sandra Cummings, re: P.C. 51-96 J.H.B. Properties,
Inc., MXD, Southeast side of Tesson Ferry Road, southwest of Wolff Drive, requesting
amendments to MXD Ordinance 18,751.
4. Correspondence dated July 8, 2008 from Bryan Funk, re: P.C. 56-91 J.R. Green Properties, Inc.,
Mark Adolphus and Futura Financial Group, C-8, south side of Pershall Road, east of Lilac Drive,
requesting amendments to C-8 Ordinance 15,707.
