MEMORANDUM
TO: St. Louis County Planning Commission

RE: Approval of reports from the Executive Meeting of July 6, 2009 and consideration of
petitions of the Public Hearing of June 22, 2009 for the July 20, 2009 Executive Session
following the 7:00 P.M. Public Hearing in the County Council Chambers, 41 S. Central,
Clayton, MO 63105.
In accord with adopted Commission procedures, the Department of Planning has drafted written reports
for certain zoning petitions acted on by the Commission at their July 6, 2009 Executive Meeting. The
following letter drafts, prepared in appropriate form for forwarding to County Council, are submitted for
your consideration. These letters include items finally acted upon under Agenda Section V A
Consideration of Petitions of Public Hearing of June 22, 2009. In addition, a new correspondence item
is included for your consideration.
1. P.C. 14 & 15-09 Energy Marketing 1877, L.L.C., FPM-3, C-8, and FPC-8 to C-2 and FPC-2 with a
C.U.P. in C-2 and FPC-2, south side of Manchester Road approximately 100 feet west of Dietrich
Road (the Planning Commission granted approval by a vote of 5 - 0).
2. P.C. 16-09 JJS Commercial Realty, L.L.C., Amended C-8, north side of Siebert Avenue,
approximately 200 feet east of Heege Road (the Planning Commission recommended approval
by a vote of 5 - 0).
3. P.C. 17-09 Andy Benning (Lamplighter Square), Amended C-8, northeast quadrant of Tesson
Ferry Road and Towne South Drive (the Planning Commission recommended approval by a vote
of 5 - 0).
4. Correspondence dated July 9, 2009 from Jimi Gunn, re: P.C. 63-95 Ryan Enterprises, C-8,
southeast corner of Grand Avenue and Fannie Avenue, requesting amendments to C-8 Ordinance
20,201.
5. Correspondence dated July 14, 2009 from Chris Lamport, re: P.C. 17-88 Don Darr (Bommarito
Mazda South), C-8, southwest corner of Lindbergh Boulevard and Couwels Drive, requesting
amendments to C-8 Ordinance 23,946.
