MEMORANDUM:

TO:		St. Louis County Planning Commission

RE:		Approval of reports for the May 5, 2008 Executive Meeting at 6:00 P.M. in the County 
Council Chambers, 41 S. Central, Clayton, MO 63105.

In accord with adopted Commission procedures, the Department of Planning has drafted written reports 
for consideration by the Commission at their May 5, 2008 Executive Meeting.  The following letter 
drafts, prepared in appropriate form for forwarding to County Council, are submitted for 
your consideration.

1.	P.C. 09 & 10-08 Forest Trails Estates L.L.C., NU and FPNU to R-2 and FPR-2 with a P.E.U., 
approximately 550 feet west of New Ballwin Road. (The Planning Commission recommended 
approval by a vote of 7-0).
 
2.	P.C. 14-08 South Side Hills Assembly of God, Amended C-8, southeast side of Union Road at 
McAdoo court, approximately 500 feet north of Lindbergh Boulevard.

3.	P.C. 16-08 Black Jack Fire Protection District, C.U.P. in  NU, south side of Old Jamestown Road, 
approximately 200 feet east of Castle Drive.
