MEMORANDUM:

TO:		St. Louis County Planning Commission

RE:		Approval of reports from the Executive Meeting of April 7, 2008 and consideration of 
petitions of the Public Hearing of March 24, 2008 for the April 21, 2008 Executive 
Session following the 7:00 P.M. Public Hearing in the County Council Chambers, 41 S. 
Central, Clayton, MO 63105.

In accord with adopted Commission procedures, the Department of Planning has drafted written reports 
for certain zoning petitions acted on by the Commission at their April 7, 2008 Executive Meeting. The 
following letter drafts, prepared in appropriate form for forwarding to County Council, are submitted for 
your consideration.  These letters include items finally acted upon under Agenda Section V A 
Consideration of Petitions of Public Hearing of March 24, 2008.  In addition, a new correspondence item 
is included for your review.

1.	P.C. 11 & 12-08 AHEPA 53, C-2 and C-8 to R-8 with a P.E.U. in R-8, southeast side of Lemay 
Ferry Road south of Dumont Place. (The Planning Commission recommended approval by a 
vote of 7 - 0.)

2.	P.C. 13-08 St. Louis Land Development, L.L.C., Amended P.E.U. in R-3 and FPR-3, northeast 
quadrant of Fine Road (north/south) and Fine Road (east/west), southeast of Telegraph Road. 
(The Planning Commission recommended approval by a vote of 7 - 0.)

3.	Correspondence dated March 25, 2008 from Elveeta T. Macon, re: P.C. 42-78 Donald J. Weise, 
C-8, east side of Bellefontaine Road, approximately 150 feet north of Trampe Lane, requesting 
amendments to C-8 Ordinance 8,711.
