MEMORANDUM:

TO:		St. Louis County Planning Commission

RE:		Approval of reports for the April 13, 2009 Executive Meeting at 6:00 P.M. in the County 
Council Chambers, 41 S. Central, Clayton, MO 63105.

In accord with adopted Commission procedures, the Department of Planning has drafted written reports 
for consideration by the Commission at their April 13, 2009 Executive Meeting.  The following letter 
drafts, prepared in appropriate form for forwarding to County Council, are submitted for 
your consideration.

1.	P.C. 05-09 Hancock Place School District, Amended M-3, northeast corner 
of Vincent Avenue and Broadway Avenue, the southeast side of Gentry Avenue, and the south side of 
Military Road.

 
2.	P.C. 07-09 Jerry Michel, Inc., Amended C.U.P. in C-2, west side of 
Telegraph Road approximately 350 feet north of Gebhardt Drive.
