MEMORANDUM:

TO:		St. Louis County Planning Commission

RE:		Approval of reports from the Executive Meeting of February 4, 2008 and consideration 
of petitions of the Public Hearing of January 14, 2008 for the March 3, 2008 Executive 
Session following the 7:00 P.M. Public Hearing in the County Council Chambers, 41 S. 
Central, Clayton, MO 63105.

In accord with adopted Commission procedures, the Department of Planning has drafted written reports 
for certain zoning petitions acted on by the Commission at their February 4, 2008 Executive Meeting. The 
following letter drafts, prepared in appropriate form for forwarding to County Council, are submitted for 
your consideration.  These letters include items finally acted upon under Agenda Section V A 
Consideration of Petitions of Public Hearing of January 14, 2008.  In addition, an item previously held is 
included for your review.

1.	P.C. 01-08 Tony Lee Construction, R-2 to C-8, east side of Telegraph Road at Erb Road.  (The 
Planning Commission recommended approval by a vote of 7 - 0.)

2.	P.C. 02-08 Whalen Custom Homes, M-1 to C-3, south side of Meramec Bottom Road 
approximately 350 feet east of Heimos Industrial Drive.  (The Planning Commission 
recommended approval of C-8 District zoning by a vote of 7 - 0.)

3.	P.C. 03-08 VJVJ Enterprises, L.L.C., C-2 to M-1, north side of Siebert Avenue between Heege 
Road and Gravois Road. (The Planning Commission recommended approval by a vote of 7 - 0.)

4.	P.C. 04-08 BDM Investments, NU to R-1, east side of Eureka Road approximately 600 feet south 
of Hickory Hill Drive. (The Planning Commission recommended approval by a vote of 7 - 0.)

5.	P.C. 05-08 St. Louis County Planning Commission, a proposal to amend Section 1003.168B of 
the St. Louis County Zoning Ordinance pertaining to signs for freestanding kiosks. (The Planning 
Commission recommended approval by a vote of 7 - 0.)

6.	Correspondence received January 16, 2008 from Beriz Nukic, re: P.C. 80-06 Nukic Beriz, C-8, 
West corner of Lemay Ferry Road and Reavis Barracks Road, requesting amendments to C-8 
Ordinance 23,107. (The Planning Commission held this matter by a vote of 7 - 0.)
