Countywide and Community Plans
The Comprehensive Planning Division oversees long-range planning, coordinates community planning initiatives and special projects, and promotes public outreach activities for St. Louis County.
The Division is responsible for coordinating the preparation of the County's
General Plan every five years as mandated by the County Charter.
The Division also prepares plans and studies to address a wide range of issues including, land use, community revitalization, economic development and redevelopment, housing, service delivery, and boundary analysis.
