St. Louis County Strategic Plan - 2008 Update
The Strategic Plan is a policy guide that sets forth St. Louis County government's mission,
priorities and objectives for the next 3 to 5 years. The plan provides a roadmap for addressing
St. Louis County's most pressing issues.
After a thorough analysis of data and trends, public input through surveys, focus groups and town hall meetings, and numerous internal task force meetings to
develop recommendations, the 2008 Update to the St. Louis County Strategic Plan is complete.
