The Office of Prosecuting Attorney makes every effort to hold a defendant accountable to their victims by the collection of restitution.  

Mr. McCulloch instituted a new procedure to collect restitution and through his efforts the Restitution Department of the Victim Service Division collected $1,645,432 in 2008 on behalf of victims.  

In October of 2009 the Restitution Department collected and mailed checks totaling $165,332.47 to victims.
