1 If the property is vacant or you are on an extended vacation (during which the property will be vacant for at least 60
   consecutive days), you must contact the authorized District Hauler to cancel or postpone your service.

2 If you currently have trash service with a hauler other than the authorized District Hauler, you must provide us with a
   copy of a current invoice so that we can verify that you have trash service. You can fax it to (314) 615-4008 or mail it to
   the Saint Louis County Health Department, Solid Waste Management Program, 4562 Lemay Ferry Road, St. Louis,
   MO 63129.

3 If you are a new resident or a resident that has recently moved, you must contact the District Hauler to set-up or cancel
   your service.
