Qualifications
- Circuit Judge
- Must be a licensed attorney.
- Must have been a citizen of the United States for at least ten (10) years.
- Must have been a qualified voter of Missouri for three (3) years preceeding their selection.
- Must be not less than thirty (30) years of age.
- Must be a resident of the circuit for at least one year.
- Associate Circuit Judge
- Must be a licensed attorney.
- Must be a citizen of the United States.
- Must be a qualified voter of Missouri.
- Must be not less than twenty-five (25) years of age.
- Must be a resident of the county they serve.
- Family Court Commissioner and Probate Commissioner
- Same qualifications as a circuit judge.
- Deputy Probate Commissioner
- Same qualifications as an associate circuit judge.
- Traffic Commissioner
- Must be a licensed attorney.
- Must be a citizen of the United States.
- Must be a resident of the county they serve.
