Saint Louis County Executive Charlie A. Dooley continues support of an initative by long time County Executive "Buzz" Westfall announced April 2003 creating the Business Assistance Center as an advocate for new and expanding business.
Mission Statement
"To advocate St. Louis County as a positive environment for the Business Community, to facilitate individual new developments or business expansions navigating through the zoning, plan review and permitting process."
Bridging the various St. Louis County Departments in support of information sharing
and continuity within St. Louis County Plan Review, Permitting, and Licensing Process.
Actively supporting growth of business through a one point of contact of providing
a positive attitude in problem solving in a more user-friendly environment.
Committed to a service of expanding or new businesses by facilitating predesign
meetings, project tracking, acting as a liason between County Departments and avoiding project delays
by effective project management.
