I'm County Executive Charlie A. Dooley. I'm proud to introduce you to award-winning, AAA rated and historic St. Louis County. St. Louis County has recently enacted the most historic Code of Ethics in its history. Our accredited and award-winning departments have coined a new customer service motto: “Service with a Purpose”.
