From June 1, 2017 until the conclusion of the Collector’s tax sale, which begins on August 28, 2017, ONLY CERTIFIED FUNDS will be accepted for payment of delinquent taxes for 2014 and prior years.
Certified funds include cashier’s checks, money orders or cash.

The Saint Louis County Collector of Revenue’s office conducts its annual real property tax sale on the fourth Monday in August.
It is important to adhere to the Sale Instructions and to utilize the Notarized Registration Form .
Sale participants must register utilizing the notarized registration form before making bids. Please download the registration form prior to the sale date and bring the notarized form with you when you register on the day for the sale.
If the registration form is not filled out completely and/or not notarized, you will not be able to register.
Registration begins at 8:30 am on the day of the sale, in the office of the Collector of Revenue. Sales are made to the highest bidder at public auction.
A list of available parcels is generally published one month prior to the auction date. The list may be subject to change without notice.
