Mark R. Devore,
Collector of Revenue

Dear Property Owner,

Please note that some 2013 property tax bills contain one additional item, labeled "2012 Omitted MSD Tax".

During the 2012 tax bill calculations, a small portion of MSD's 2012 tax rate (.0186 per $100 of assessed value) was inadvertently left off of some property owner's tax bills. As a result, MSD did not receive all of the taxes due to them. this error is being corrected on the 2013 property tax bills, and is labeled "2012 Omitted MSD Tax".

We apologize for any inconvenience caused by this billing error. If you have any questions about the belated 2012 billing portion, please call the St. Louis County Collector of Revenue's office at 314/615-5500.

Thank you!
