Limited information from Probate closed cases is available on this system. The information is searchable by either name or case number. The information includes: case type, case number, name, date of death (if applicable), case opened date, and case closed date. Please note that many cases filed prior to 1974 display no closed date, but are actually closed.

To verify that all information is complete you must reference the official court record. To see the official record of the court, you must appear at the Probate Court during regular business hours. This information is provided as a convenience and courtesy for your use. It does not replace the official court record.

Instructions: To search for information enter either the party name or the case number. For name searches you must enter a complete last name and at least the first letter of the first name. To broaden your search, use fewer letters in the first name. To narrow your search, use more letters in the first name. Some names may be abbreviated, so please try all possible spellings.
